By accessing, purchasing, downloading, or using Million Dollar Sales Scripts ("the Product," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you," "your," or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the Product.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the templates, scripts, and AI prompts ("Materials") for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the raw Materials in any form, whether modified or unmodified. Copy that you generate using the Materials for your own business is yours to use.
We offer a 30-day "rewrite-it-for-you" guarantee. If, within 30 days of purchase, you have used our system to create at least one piece of marketing copy, deployed it to real prospects, and it has not produced a single attributable lead or sale, you may request that we either (a) refund your purchase price in full, or (b) personally rewrite the copy for you on a live call at no additional charge. To request a refund or rewrite, email hello@milliondollarsalesscripts.com within the 30-day window with proof of use. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. After 30 days, all sales are final.
The Product is an educational and template resource. We do not guarantee any specific income, sales, lead-generation, or business results. Examples, case studies, and testimonials are illustrative of what is possible and are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, market, offer, traffic, and many factors outside our control. Nothing on this site or in the Product should be construed as a promise or guarantee of earnings.
The Materials are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to advertising, consumer-protection, FTC, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM rules) when using copy generated with the Materials.
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MILLION DOLLAR SALES SCRIPTS, ITS CREATOR, OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Million Dollar Sales Scripts, its creator (Shane Crown), and its respective officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Product or Materials; (b) any copy, advertisement, email, or other content you create or distribute using the Materials; (c) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (d) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, intellectual property, privacy, or consumer-protection right; or (e) any claim that content you produced using the Materials caused damage to a third party.
All Materials, branding, and site content are the intellectual property of Million Dollar Sales Scripts and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Your license under Section 2 does not transfer any ownership rights.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Product at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of Million Dollar Sales Scripts resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
